COFFEE MORNING - £336.22p was raised for the Guides at this lovely social event
RESOLUTIONS – Dee Pope and Andrea Dodd will be presenting our resolutions on the 25th April.
SOUTH WIRRAL GROUP – Friday 26th May, 7.30pm. Gladstone Village Hall, Burton. The entertainment is a band/group of 7 men called the P.M. Session Band. A bit of listening, singing, dancing. Tickets are £4.00. Savoury refreshments and bring own alcohol/non-alcohol and glass. Tickets available.
RIVERSIDE CLICKERS – The next meeting will be Thursday 27th April at 2pm at Net’s Cafe. Fantastic charity knitting by the group includes 121 baby items donated to the Countess of Chester Hospital and Arrowe Park Hospital for premature and new born babies and 93 Innocent Smoothie hats have been knitted so far towards our goal of 200 for Age UK.
RIVERSIDE READERS – The next meeting is on Monday 8th May at 7.30pm at Philippa’s house. We will be reading poetry and a play script.
RIVERSIDE DINERS – Members enjoyed Pesto at Dibbinsdale Inn. The next meal will be at the Sonargaon in Neston on the 25th May.
RIVERSIDE REELERS – To be arranged
RIVERSIDE DRAMA GROUP – The group will be rehearsing next on Wednesday 10th May at 7.30 at The Methodist Church Hall.
RIVERSIDE WRITERS – The next creative writing session will be on Thursday 20th April at 2pm at Philippa’s house.
RIVERSIDE CRAFTERS – The crafters will meet again on Wednesday 26th April at 6.30pm at Sheila’s house.
CRAFT TASTER DAY – This will take place on Saturday 3rd June from 10 till 2, led by Pauline, Janet and Brenda. Teas and coffees will be provided but please bring your own lunch.
QUIZ – Congratulations to the team who were runners up in the final on the 7th April against 19 other teams. With only 1 point between them and the winners, Wallasey, they did really well.
DARTS - More congratulations are due to the team on their second place. Great performance by this new team.
SILK MUSEUM – A visit is being proposed to the Silk Museum if enough members show an interest.
CHATSWORTH – An idea of numbers interested in this proposed visit on the 6.9.17 is needed to see if the visit will go ahead.
FOLLYFIELDS NURSERY VISIT – 25.4.17 Final numbers are needed in order to book the meal or sandwich lunch.
VINTAGE TEA – 21.7.17
SEGWAY OUTING - This has been booked for the 28th June. 5 places at 11.40 and 5 at 1pm. The suggestion is that we go for the day, have lunch there and cheer each group on. The cost is £35 payable asap
AIRBUS - 17.8.17 The board will be available in May.
HAUGHTON HALL – 18.5.17 Meet at 9.30 at The Royal Oak. £10 to be paid asap.

BIRTHDAY MEETING – 19.7.17 at Inglewood.
MEMBERS OPEN DAY WI HOUSE LONDON – the house will be open 22nd and 23rd November for viewing on morning or afternoon sessions. There is a deadline of 7.7.17 if anyone is interested. Please see Julie.
